Dispute resolution and mediation

Mediation is an invaluable tool our lawyers regularly use to resolve litigation matters. It shouldn't surprise, then, to learn that two of Ritch Durnford's lawyers have successfully completed the intensive mediation program offered by Harvard Law School. Murray Ritch and Margot Ferguson have attended this program.

Margot Ferguson is a negotiation specialist. She has extensive experience in early dispute resolution and develops customized solutions to client's ADR needs.

Ritch Durnford frequently provides dispute resolution and mediation services to financial institutions, national and international insurance companies, governmental bodies, businesses and individuals.
