Profile: Eric's practice covers a diverse range of labour and employment law issues, including human rights, industrial relations,
occupational health and safety, judicial review, administrative law, workers' compensation and wrongful dismissal litigation. He acts as
principal legal advisor to organizations in the manufacturing, retail, fishing, mining, construction and service industries, as well as to
governments and financial, educational and health care institutions. For his assertive, skilful advocacy and creative legal arguments before
various courts, boards, tribunals and in collective bargaining sessions, Best Lawyers in Canada and Lexpert both recognize Eric as one of the
top Labour and Employment and Human Rights Law lawyers in Canada. He also enjoys an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is a Fellow of the American
