Profile: Hanaa joined Ritch Durnford as an associate in April 2010. She works in the areas of administrative law, labour and employment, and insurance defence and general litigation. Hanaa has appeared before the Nova Scotia Supreme Court, the Nova Scotia Provincial Court, the Nova Scotia Small Claims Court, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, and a variety of administrative and arbitration Boards.

While in law school, Hanaa was a member of the Gale Cup Moot Team and spent a term at the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic. Hanaa has also done pro bono work for the Halifax Refugee Clinic.
