Profile:   Nancy has an extensive practice in the areas of labour and employment law. She represents a wide range of unionized and non-unionized employers in many sectors and industries. Nancy takes pride in providing her clients with pro-active, strategic and timely advice. She has extensive experience as a chief negotiator in collective bargaining. Nancy has a successful record representing employers in grievance arbitration, and before administrative tribunals such as the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal, the Labour Relations Board and the Labour Standards Tribunal. She also has successfully represented clients before the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia and Nova Scotia Court of Appeal.

Nancy is a frequent writer and speaker on labour and employment related issues. She is past Chair of the Nova Scotia Labour & Employment Law Section of the CBA and currently sits on the National Executive.
