Profile: Philip has strong experience in litigation and has acted in a variety of different claims including casualty, property, product liability, commercial liability, construction, and professional negligence.

Phil's practice is focused on litigation and insurance defence. He has been retained by a number of national and international insurers. He is a frequent speaker on various areas of insurance and environmental law, and enjoys dealing with complex litigation and coverage issues.
